Washington County Emergency Siren Changes Left Up to Cities

James F. Flander

Memorial Mass for 82 year old James F. Flander of Washington, formerly of Keota, will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday (12/3) at Holy Trinity Parish – St. Mary Catholic Church in Keota. Burial will be at Holy Trinity Cemeteries – St. Mary Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. on Sunday (12/2) at Powell Funeral Home in Keota, where there will be a wake service at 6:00 p.m. A memorial service will be held at Halcyon House in Washington at a later date.  A memorial fund has been established for Holy Trinity Cemeteries or the Halcyon House Good Samaritan Fund. Powell Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Keota is caring for Jim and his family. Condolences may be e-mailed at www.powellfuneralhomes.com under obituaries.
