Celebration of Life services for 84 year-old Elsie B. Huber of Washington will be at 10 AM Wednesday at the United Presbyterian Church in Washington. Visitation will begin at noon Tuesday at the Jones & Eden Funeral Home, where the family will receive friends from 5 to 7:30 PM Tuesday evening. Interment will be at Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington. Memorials have been established for the Washington Community Y or the Washington Community Theater. The Jones & Eden Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
