An Oklahoma man is behind bars after being arrested in Wellman early this morning.  According to the Washington County Safety Center, a call was received at 2:10 of a male subject having chest pains.  After arriving at the scene, Washington County Sheriff’s Deputies conducted a consent search of the vehicle of 41 year old J L Gilbert, Jr. of Edmond, Oklahoma.

Deputies arrested Gilbert after charging him with driving while intoxicated and possession of drug paraphernalia.  He was also cited for careless driving, having an open container and operating without a valid driver’s license.

Gilbert was transported to the Washington County Jail.  KCII will bring you more information on this story when it becomes official.
