Manufacturing Career Exploration Worksite Visits Happening Tomorrow

[1]Students in the 7th Grade at Washington Middle School are getting a chance to explore the world of manufacturing tomorrow. Jennifer Ott at Kirkwood Community College says the students are touring Modine Manufacturing and CIVCO Medical Solutions in Kalona.
She says the purpose of these tours is to teach students about careers that use science, technology, engineering and manufacturing. The tours are sponsored by the Workplace Learning Connection.
