Drivers License Test Preparation Getting Easier for Certain Cell Phone Users

[1]Photo Courtesy: itunes.apple.comUsers of certain cell phones now have a way to practice for getting a driver’s license in Iowa. During the summer, a new app was launched for iPad users from the Iowa Department of Transportation that offers sample questions that are given on the actual knowledge test. Android phone users now have access to the same app.
Washington County Treasurer Jeff Garrett says the main reason for the release of the app is to try and lower the initial failure rate of those taking the knowledge test.
While this app is only available for iPad and Andriod users, Garrett notes the state is working on making the sample test available in the future on the Internet.
