The latest round of Municipal Grants have been given to the cities of Washington County.  These grants are distributed to the cities based on population from the 25 percent of the Washington County Riverboat Foundation’s total revenues.  Since the Foundation was started they have dispersed almost five million dollars.  The Washington County Riverboat Foundation is the nonprofit license holder for the Riverside Casino and Golf Resort which provides all the funding.
