The Kalona City Council will discuss Washington County Riverboat grants and Halloween at tomorrow nights meeting. The Parks and Recreation Department will to have their four grant applications approved. The largest request is $17,000 to complete the final phase of the Ballfield Renovation. The Council will also consider the Kalona Optimist Clubs request to set Trick or Treat Night for Wednesday, October 31^st.
