The future of non-sewered communities was talked about during the Washington County Board of Supervisors meeting yesterday.  This discussion is related to 28E contracts with Regional Utility Service Systems (RUSS).

RUSS CEO Bruce Hudson was on hand to answer any questions as well as provide copies of all invoices for the projects as requested from a previous meeting.  The amended agreement with RUSS will be forwarded to the County Attorney to review before moving ahead with the project.  The Supervisors also made an appointment of a rural representative to the Washington Public Library Board of Trustees.  Andrew Meader (mee-dur) will serve a six-year term as a Trustee.
