Refinancing and the 2012 street improvements will be the focus of tomorrows City Council meeting in Kalona. A discussion started at the last meeting on the advantages of refinancing Kalona’s General Obligation Bonds will continue.

The Council will also award a construction contract from the bids received last month for the 2012 Street Improvements.

In addition they’ll look at closing portions of 9^th Street and D Avenue for the upcoming Fall Festival on the 28^th and 29^th of this month.
