Candidates running for office in the city of Washington will have a chance to speak at a forum next month.  Michelle Peiffer from the Washington Chamber says invited candidates are the contested races for Ward 3 City Council and County Board of Supervisors District 4.  Area candidates running unopposed will have a time to speak as well.

This moderated event is being hosted by the Washington Chamber of Commerce on Monday, October 8th from 6:00-8:30 pm in the United Presbyterian Church Fellowship Hall.  The public is encouraged to attend, and for more information, contact the Washington Chamber of Commerce.
