A bicycle racing team from northeast Iowa with members in Washington County are hosting a race this weekend.  Twisted Spokes, based in Cedar Falls is holding the Iowa State Gravel Championships in Washington County on Saturday.  This seven-mile race will make a loop around Richmond.
