An agreement with an employment contractor has been reached in Wellman. Last week the City Council made the decision to approve the agreement with People Services Inc., pending some contract language changes that will be performed by the city’s attorney. People Services will find someone to fill the position of Public Works Director. According to City Administrator, Nick Pacha, the position will be filled by November 1^st.
