The City of Wellman is changing the time they hold Council meetings. City Administrator,Nick Pacha shares that for the foreseeable future, City Council meetings will be held at 5:30 in the afternoon instead of 7. Council meetings will continue to be held on the first and third Monday of each month. Pacha explains that they’ve been holding the meetings at 5:30 throughout the summer and it works better for the schedules of everyone involved.
