Celebration of life services for 90 year old Wayne Earl Wagner of Washington will be held at 2:00 Sunday at the First Baptist Church in Washington.  Burial with military honors conducted by the American Legion Post 29 will be in the Elm Grove Cemetery.  Visitation will begin at 2:00 Saturday at the Jones-Eden Funeral Home where the family will receive friends from 3:00-5:00.  Memorials have been established for Lending Hands, Hospice of Washington County, Central Park Community Center, Rainbow Acres in Camp Verde, Arizona or the First Baptist Church in Washington.  The Jones-Eden Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
