Something New for Some Kids Going Back to School

It was time to once again hit the books yesterday for students in Washington. The first day of school presented something new for two third graders at Lincoln Elementary. Kyleigh Dolan says she bought her school supplies and a backpack over the summer to get ready.
Hunter Shultz says it’s exciting and fun to come to a new school and is looking forward to art and math.
Mrs. Bombei a third grade teacher tells KCII News she almost felt like a new teacher coming to Lincoln this year, but is excited about being there. She notes she spent
Mrs. Bombei says most of the students were a little nervous but were very excited to get started at the beginning of the school year.
