A program designed to encourage remodeling and repair work on commercial buildings is returning.  Amy Vetter from Main Street Washington says the Washington Incentive Fund provides different grant opportunities through a partnership with the Washington County Riverboat Foundation ranging from building improvements to façade upgrades in the Main Street District.

She says there are special Incentive Fund rates available through local financial institutions as well that provide low interest loans for these construction projects.  Look at this link ^[2] for more information regarding the fourth round of the Washington Incentive Fund.
