A big group of runners braved the humidity yesterday for a race in Winfield. 73 people ranging in age from 8 years old to 70 made their way to Crooked Creek Days for the “Do the Hustle” Fun Run. Two Winfield natives won the overall in the 1 one mile races. 15 year old Samantha Jamison finished in just under 8 minutes, while 10 year old Stavros finished with a time of 6 minutes and 50 seconds. Ben Polley took the overall in the 5K with a time of 18 minutes and 56 seconds, while Sydney Reid won with a time of 22 minutes and 24 seconds.
