Highway 92 Construction in Washington Delayed

[1]Construction plans have been delayed for the new lane configuration of Highway 92 in Washington. This work stems from a lane change approved by the City Council in April of last year where West Madison will have one lane in each direction with a center turn lane.
The new traffic pattern will take effect after the Iowa Department of Transportation resurfaces the road.
The resurfacing project that will run from the Highway 1 interchange to 2nd Avenue was scheduled to start today. The work will now start next week and should end the middle of October.
