City Asking Residents to Conserve Water

[1]The City of Washington Water Department is asking residents to conserve water. Water Superintendent Chad McCleary says because of the drought, a significant strain has been put on the city’s facilities.
He says residents conserving water will help to maintain adequate pressure and flow in the city. Anyone with questions is encouraged to call the Washington Water Department at 319-653-2764.
