The town of Linby will see their sewer rates increased this August. The unincorporated town’s rates were discussed at the Jefferson County Board of Supervisors meeting this past Monday. According to Board member Richard Reed these increases come as the administration trys to keep things as efficient as possible and to keep up with inflation. Linby’s current rate is 54 dollars, but will be 62 come August.
