One round of severe thunderstorms rolled through parts of southeast Iowa last night. They brought high winds, intense lighting, rainfall and hail.  These storms brought reports of downed tree limbs in the Kalona area. The KCII Severe Weather Action Team responded to the warning from the National Weather Service around 8:20 and the warning ended at 9:00.
