Funeral services for 79 year old Monica Watts of Washington, formerly of Keota will be held at 10:30 Tuesday at the Powell Funeral Home in Keota.  Burial will be in the Keota Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 4:00 to 8:00 Monday at the funeral home where there will be a wake service at 7:00.  A memorial fund has been established for the Halcyon House and the Wilson Memorial Library.  The Powell Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Keota is handling the arrangements.
