New State Maps Available

The Iowa Department of Transportation has released its new Transportation Map for this year.  The new maps show all highways, major county roads and major streets in the state’s 16 largest cities as well as airports and rail lines.

The map also shows an index listing the cities shown and their populations.  One addition this year is the maps are also available in electronic format on the Internet.

The new maps can be found at any driver’s license station including the treasurer’s office at the Washington County Courthouse.
