Sheep and Goat Weigh In Results Received

Market sheep and goats for the 2012 Washington County Fair were weighed in recently with many Washington County 4-H and FFA members taking part.

Title: Ribbon Cutting Ceremony
Description: There will be a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for the grand opening of the Ainsworth Trail to Marr Park and the campground expansion on June 30th. The first 200 who register at 5 pm receive a free tshirt. At 5:30 there will be a parade along the Ainsworth trail to Marr Park that you can either bike or walk. There will be free hotdogs, chips, drinks and 50 bike helmets will be given away.

Title: Ainsworth Fun Days
Description: Ainsworth is holding their Fun Days Friday, June 8th and Saturday, June 9th. Some of the events on Saturday include a breakfast at the Ainsworth Church starting at 6:30 am, a 5k walk/run at 7 am. The parade starts at 1:30 pm. The Washington County Cattlemen’s Association supper will be held in downtown at 5 pm and Grande Finale Fireworks show starts at dusk. Description: Ainsworth is holding their Fun Days Friday, June 8th and Saturday, June 9th. Some of the events Friday night include the Ainsworth Fire Dept Steak Supper @ the Ainsworth Elementary starting at 4:30 pm. The Bill Riley Talent Show in the Ainsworth Elementary Gym will be at 7:30 and a family kickball tournament is also at 7:30.
