Multiple Arrests Made in Keokuk County

The Keokuk County Sheriff’s Office have made multiple arrests after completing a year long investigation.  After working with the Southeast Iowa Drug Task Force and Sigourney Police Department, the Mahaska County Sheriff’s Office and Drug Enforcement Agency, ten individuals have been arrested for conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine in Keokuk County.

These arrests happened last Friday and all ten individuals are being held on a $100,000 bond.  The investigation is still ongoing numerous other arrests are anticipated in the near future.

Those arrested were:  Brittany Trusty, 302 West Jackson Street, Sigourney

Idalia De Los Angeles Oviedo Sotomayor, 402 North 1st Street East, Delta

Dennis Hines, 1713 Pella Avenue, Oskaloosa

Christopher Thompson, 101 South Jefferson Street, Delta

Christopher Babcock, 515 East Jackson Street, Sigourney

Marshall Hammes, 609 Barnes Street, What Cheer

Phillip Ingle, 109 West 1st Street, Delta

Christine Smith, 504 Johnston Street, What Cheer

Courtney Thompson, 302 West Washington Street, What Cheer
