Iowa City Man Arrested in Riverside

[1]A man from Johnson County has been arrested in Riverside. According to the Washington County Safety Center, the Washington County Sheriff responded last night to a call on East Main Street in Riverside to check on a subject wanted out of Johnson County.
After arriving at the scene, 20 year old Xavier James Turner of Iowa City was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Turner is also wanted out of Iowa City for theft in the fifth degree with a bond of $500.
A hold was placed for the Iowa City Police Department.
