There is a seminar on investing in Alternative Agriculture coming to Washington. The Risks and Rewards of Lending to Alternative Agriculture was put together in partnership between Small Farm Sustainability of Iowa State Extension and the National Center for Appropriate Technology.

The event is going to include both a presentation and a discussion on the topic of lending to alternative ag enterprises. The workshop designed for ag lenders is being held May 24th at the Washington County Extension Office from 1 to 4pm.
