City Leaders See Progress of Waste Water Facility

Members of the Washington City Council along with Mayor Sandra Johnson and city staff were able to see the construction of the new waste water treatment facility yesterday afternoon.  This tour showed the different parts of the plant.  The plant will be able to handle a bigger capacity of water.  The new plant will cost approximately $17 million and is being completed by Gridor Construction from Buffalo, Minnesota.
