Kindergarten round-ups will be coming to the area soon. Round-ups are used to prepare kids for going to school, but Mid-Prairie doesn’t have them. Mark Schneider, Superintendent of Mid-Prairie, says they don’t need them because over 90% of there incoming kindergarteners have been to preschool.
Instead of a round-up, they have meetings for parents to attend that highlight some of the programs they work on in kindergarten.
Those meetings start next month, and for more information contact Mid-Prairie School District.
