Leap Year Baby Born in Washington

A baby was born to Chelsey and Cody Lucas of Ollie on February 29th at Washington County Hospital and Clinics. Blake Owen Lucas was born at 1:54 pm weighing in at seven pounds and one ounce and measured 20 and 1/2 inches long.
