The winning bid was awarded to Cornerstone Excavating in Washington for over $766,000.00.  The project will be starting later this spring.

They also passed a resolution for the purchase of a County highway right-of-way.  This is for .64 acres of land along the current grading project on the Richmond Road.  The cost of this land is just under $1600.
