Seed Treatment Course Offered Again This Year

[1]The ISU Extension is hosting a class again this year for commercial pesticide applicators. Nancy Adrian with the Washington County Extension says this course is for individuals who handle or treat seed. She says this class is a continuing instructional course offered to those who work in categories 4 and 10.
Adrian says the class will talk about pests, pest management and pesticides, the effects of pesticides on groundwater and pesticide stewardship. Registration for the class starts at 8:30 Wednesday with the class beginning at 9:00. For more information, contact the Washington County Extension.
