The Washington County Extension is hosting a workshop this week for pork producers.  Nancy Adrian with the Washington County Extension says this workshop is sponsored by the Iowa Pork Producers Association, Iowa State University Extension and Outreach and the Iowa Pork Industry Center to learn more about the day-to-day swine risk management decisions.

She says this workshop will allow for group discussion, feature risk management experts to address specific topics and a chance for those in attendance to use the risk management concepts in a marketing simulation.  The class is $20 per person and is being held Tuesday from 1:00 to 3:00 pm.  If you would like more information, contact the Washington County Extension.
