Library Offering Poetry Set to Music and Book Discussion Tomorrow

The Washington Public Library along with Humanities Iowa is offering a concert tomorrow of poetry set to music. Library Director Debbie Stanton says Scott Cawelti is a musician who will be performing poems by James Hearst. Cawelti will be playing the acoustic steel guitar.
Stanton says he will also be discussing his book Brother’s Blood which is a fictionalized true crime story of an Iowa murder with a local connection. Stanton says the program will begin at 2:00 tomorrow afternoon.
