Funeral services for 80 year old Robert Bates of Washington will be held at 2:00 Monday at the United Presbyterian Church.  Private family burial will be in the Elm Grove Cemetery.  Visitation will begin at noon Monday at the United Presbyterian Church where family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:00 and also following the funeral services.  A memorial has been established to the United Presbyterian Church or Hospice of Washington County.
