While you are finishing up your holiday shopping this week, the Washington Chamber of Commerce is reminding you to continue to shop locally.  Tim Coffey with the Chamber says that shopping locally supports vital public services.  He says you also get a chance to grow a relationship with local merchants which leads to better service.

Coffey continues by saying shopping locally also helps support local jobs, helps to attract new businesses and skilled workers and it has a ripple effect and to help support other local businesses.
