Political Campaign Visits Washington

[1]A presidential candidate has visited Washington in hopes to overcome low poll rankings. 
Texas Governor Rick Perry hosted a Meet and Greet yesterday morning at Coffee Corner.
[2]He addressed those in attendance about having a part-time Congress, passing a balanced budget and his purpose of wanting to go to Washington, DC.
This made Perry’s first visit to Washington and will be the last candidate to visit the area before next week’s caucuses.
