On Monday the Louisa/ Washington County Drug Task Force executed a search warrant at 201 8^th Street in Oakville, Iowa. Three arrests were made as a result of this search. David Tisor, 54, and Adela Belokopitovs, 43, were charged with possession of precursor materials for the production of Methamphetamine, possession with the intent to deliver Methamphetamine, and manufacturing methamphetamine. Ray Tisor, 42, was charged with possession of Methamphetamine. Other agencies involved with the investigation were the Muscatine County Drug Task Force, the Iowa Division of Narcotics Enforcement, and the Iowa State Patrol.
