The recount of ballots from Riverside’s election is taking place today in the Washington County Courthouse.  The recount was requested by Tom Sexton who was running for a position on the City Council.  He requested this recount because of the close results in the November 8th election.

The ballots will be recounted at 12:00 today in the Washington County Board of Supervisor meeting room.
