Monthly Caregivers Support Group Meeting Looking At Dementia

[1]The next meeting of the Caregivers Support Group is focusing on how dementia affects a marital relationship. Susan Wellington from Lending Hands Adult Day Services says this topic will look at how dementia changes the person and the marital relationship.
She adds these meetings give caregivers time to share ideas with other caregivers of what works and the challenges they face when working with a person with dementia.
This month’s meeting is Thursday, October 20th at 2 pm in the Game Room at Halcyon House in Washington. For more information, call Lending Hands.
