Funeral services for 91 year old Russell Gingrich Bannister of Washington will be held at 10:30 Tuesday at the United Presbyterian Church.  Burial will be in the Elm Grove Cemetery with military honors conducted by Washington American Legion Post 29.  Visitation will begin at 12:00 Monday at the Jones-Eden Funeral Home with family visitation from 6:30 to 8:00.  Memorial services will be held at 2:00 Monday at the Day Lounge at Halcyon House.  A memorial has been established to the United Presbyterian Church.
