Preserve Summer Food Publications Available

[1]With the unofficial end to summer happening this weekend, the ISU Extension in Washington County is offering publications on ways to preserve summer foods. Nancy Adrian with the Washington County Extension says they have six updated publications available based on their food preservation course offered over the summer. T
he publications deal with topics such and canning and freezing of fruits and vegetables. The information on food preservation can be found through the link here [2].
