IMS cross country teams were in Iowa City running at a City High meet. On the boys side City High won followed by South East Polk and Cedar Rapids Jeffereson was third. Individually for IMS, Jesse Shetler ran his best time of the year and finished 30th.

On the girls side, IMS ran in the junior varsity race. City High took first, Ottumwa second and IMS third. For IMS, Renee Buckwalter finished 5th and Madeline Miller finished 24th.
