A Columbus Junction woman has been appointed to a national position with the Ladies Auxiliary to the Veterans of Foreign Wars.  Kathy Schreiber is a member of the Riverside Auxiliary #6414 and earned the title of National Flag Bearer at the National Convention of the Auxiliary in San Antonio, Texas.

Cara Day with the Ladies Auxiliary says Schreiber will serve that position for the next year.
