A jury has reached a verdict in the case of an Ainsworth caregiver involved in the death of a 78 year-old woman.  Washington County Attorney Larry Brock says the jury convicted Rodney Bean on seven counts at 2:30 Thursday afternoon.

Bean was convicted on one count of involuntary manslaughter, two counts of theft in the second degree, one count of neglect and abandonment of a dependent person, and three counts of dependent adult abuse.

Brock says Bean’s sentencing will take place November 10 at 1:00 p.m. in the Washington County Courthouse.  Rodney Bean and Lori Jo Bean have now both been convicted for the death of Joye Gentzler in 2006.
