The Henry County Sheriff’s Office says a Washington man has been brought into custody after a burglary attempt.  Officials say 36 year-old Travis Lorence of Washington was arrested Sunday for third degree burglary and fourth degree theft.  Police received the report of a burglary in progress in the 2000 block of Henry-Jefferson Avenue around 9:00 Sunday morning.

Lorence is currently being held in the Henry County’s Sheriff’s Office awaiting his initial court appearance.
