The Washington Chamber of Commerce is reminding everyone of a day set aside for area golfers. They are sponsoring a Men’s Fun Day, which consists of golf during the day and a dinner in the evening.  Members of the Washington Chamber, employees of chamber members, and Washington Golf and Country Club members are invited to the event.

There will be shotgun starts at 9:00, noon, and 3:00 pm on Wednesday, August 24th.  Proceeds from the Chamber’s golf day go toward a $500 scholarship for both a high school young lady and young man.

Sign up for the tee times are due by Wednesday, August 17th by calling the Washington Chamber of Commerce.
