Former Washington Judge Being Sworn In Today

[1]A former judge from Washington is formally being sworn in to his new position today. Judge Michael R. Mullins is taking the oath of office this afternoon in a public ceremony. Judge Mullins was appointed as an Appellate Court Judge in June by Governor Terry Branstad.
Prior to that, he served as a district judge in the Eighth Judicial District in Washington, a post he held since 2002. The oath of office is being administered Judicial Branch Building at 2:00 this afternoon.
