Campfire Stories to be Held at Marr Park

The Washington County Conservation Board if offering family entertainment at Marr Park with their “Stories Around the Campfire” program. Pam Holz, Naturalist with the Conservation Center says the activities for the event include roasting marshmallows over a campfire while sharing campfire stories. She adds they might include some interesting songs and games as well.
The program is free and open to the public. The “Stories Around the Campfire” program is Friday, August 19th beginning at 8pm near the Conservation Education Center in Marr Park.
Those coming need to bring a blanket or lawn chair on which to sit. For more information contact the Conservation Education Center.
