Wellman City Administrator Dave Ross has announced he’ll resign from his position next month.  City Clerk Donna Wade says Ross has been in Boston for educational training since July 11^th, and will return August 1^st.  Wade says he’s notified mayor Ryan Miller that he’ll be taking a position in Mt. Horab, Wisconsin beginning August 12^th.

She says the meeting is taking place to officially announce his resignation to the city.  The Wellman City Council will then discuss the next steps to hiring a new city administrator.

The special meeting is tonight at 7:00 in the Wellman Municipal Building.
